Where can I
buy a Tough Shock?
Tough Shock is currently a B to B division which we
only provide our goods to manufacture's product applications. (Example:
bicycle, wheelchair) We currently do not provide any retail service. If you
would buy in large quantity for product application, please contact aproservice@aprotek.com.tw .
How do I get serviced?
Basically, all Tough Shock needs no service.
However if you have a defect on your shock, please make sure you have your
prove of purchase of your bike and ring up your bike shop or bike company.
They will be more than happy to assist you for an replacement.

Do you sponsor teams or racers?
Tough Shock currently do not sponsor any
athletes or teams. As much as we are passionate about cycle sport, our
economy scale and does not support us to sponsor any teams or single agent
athletes.
How do I preload my spring?
The shock body which has threads, that
would be the bottom side of a shock. Loosen the preload ring on the bottom
side of the shock until the spring loosens. Turn the preload ring until the
ring will turn with the spring and turn the spring 2 rounds to set preload
into place.
