Lightweight, super strong, cost effective aluminum tubing. A4 aluminum is based on 6066 alloy, with high strength and low weight without added expense.
Shared Pivot Technology uses a single point of attachment for the main pivot and shock. The SPT offers a mechanically simple and light-weight suspension system. (Patent : US8033558)
Triple butted tubes are the hallmark of a high end aluminum frame construction, and allow for maximum stiffness at a minimum weight. A triple butted tube has three different thicknesses along the tube length, allowing you to focus material where you need it and remove it where you don't.
Tapered 1.5" lower to 1-1/8" upper; 1-1/4" to 1-1/8" is also available. Tapered head tube designs are stiffer and stronger than conventional straight head tubes, with the added benefit of offering a greater surface area for welding. Minimal flex at the front of the frame provides increased steering precision and accuracy.
E-Thru axles offer higher stiffness / rigidity than traditional QR system.
For suspension mountain bike frames, E-Type front derailleurs provide more design clearance. Plate mounted under the drive side bottom bracket cup, with a screw threaded into a boss on the seat tube.
Direct mounting your rear brake provides additional torsional stiffness and eliminates adaptors, bolts and excess weight.
Along with BB86, this Shimano BB92 Bottom Bracket is part of the new press fit standard. Typical mountain bike has a 68 or 73mm bottom bracket shell width, a BB92 equipped bike has a shell that measures 91.5mm wide and has a 41mm inside diameter.
• 27.5" Four bar suspension frame for competition, tapered headtube 1 ⅛'' to 1 ½'', Shimano BB92 120mm travel.
• Main tube was made with special A4 alloy.
• Special pivot design, offer the best riding feeling.
