Rear Drop Pivot is a Horst link style suspension system. The four bar link design allows for fine tuning on both wheel travel path and shock rate.
Internally routed cables provides a clean, sleek appearance while tucking cables away from dirt and debris.
Tapered 1.5" lower to 1-1/8" upper; 1-1/4" to 1-1/8" is also available. Tapered head tube designs are stiffer and stronger than conventional straight head tubes, with the added benefit of offering a greater surface area for welding. Minimal flex at the front of the frame provides increased steering precision and accuracy.
E-Thru axles offer higher stiffness / rigidity than traditional QR system.
Direct mounting your rear brake provides additional torsional stiffness and eliminates adaptors, bolts and excess weight.
CMT - Cold Metal Transfer welding technology creates higher penetration, lower heat input welds with low spatter and perfect shape . The CMT welding machine head is mounted to a robotic arm which coordinates the movement along the welding path, while instantaneously matching the welding parameters as needed. The result is a weld that is as good or better than hand welding.
Robotic Milling uses a robot arm with high speed precision spindle. It can precisely machine holes on complex shaped carbon fiber frames. This process also prevents carbon fiber delaminating, using a special milling cutter. Dust isolation using the independent processing space, provides a safe and healthy workspace.
