Rear Drop Pivot is a Horst link style suspension system. The four bar link design allows for fine tuning on both wheel travel path and shock rate.
Internally routed cables provides a clean, sleek appearance while tucking cables away from dirt and debris.
Double-butted tubes are thinner in the middle, and thicker at the ends. Double butting reduces the amount of overall tube material needed without a loss in strength.
Tapered 1.5" lower to 1-1/8" upper; 1-1/4" to 1-1/8" is also available. Tapered head tube designs are stiffer and stronger than conventional straight head tubes, with the added benefit of offering a greater surface area for welding. Minimal flex at the front of the frame provides increased steering precision and accuracy.
E-Thru axles offer higher stiffness / rigidity than traditional QR system.
Hydro forming is a cost-effective way of shaping ductile metals such as aluminum into lightweight, structurally stiff and strong pieces. Hydro forming is a basis for creating complex shapes, and produce stronger, lighter, and more rigid unibody structures for frames.
Direct mounting your rear brake provides additional torsional stiffness and eliminates adaptors, bolts and excess weight.
