The ultimate in strength and light weight, high modulus
carbon is the basis for the new breed of ultralight weight
frames.
NJW
APRO's removable mandrel produces a smooth and
uniform surface within the carbon frame, allowing for
less material for the same strength.
The resulting bicycle frame provides superior strength
and stiffness while being extremely lightweight.
(Patent : M412121)
Shared Pivot
Shared Pivot Technology uses a single point of
attachment for the main pivot and shock.
The SPT offers a mechanically simple and light-weight
suspension system. (Patent : US8033558)
Internal Cable Routing
Internally routed cables provides a clean, sleek
appearance while tucking cables away from dirt and
debris.
Tappered Head Tube
Tapered 1.5" lower to 1-1/8" upper; 1-1/4" to 1-1/8" is
also available. Tapered head tube designs are stiffer and
stronger than conventional straight head tubes, with the
added benefit of offering a greater surface area for
welding. Minimal flex at the front of the frame provides
increased steering precision and accuracy.
E-Thru Dropout system12x142
E-Thru axles offer higher stiffness / rigidity than
traditional QR system.
E-Thru Dropout system12x148
E-Thru axles offer higher stiffness / rigidity than
traditional QR system.
Direct Mount Front Derailleur
Direct mount front derailleurs provide for increase front
derailleur stiffness and perfect alignment Direct mount
derailleurs eliminate the clamping system, toeliminate
weight, and work with press fit bottom brackets.
BB92
Along with BB86, this Shimano BB92 Bottom Bracket is
part of the new press fit standard. Typical mountain bike
has a 68 or 73mm bottom bracket shell width, a BB92
